Paintings by Tom King Depicting Social Commentary in British Society
Tom King is an artist based in Kent in the UK. His paintings were recently exhibited at the York Street Gallery in Ramsgate, Kent. Tom’s exhibition was an opportunity to experience this original and unique art, which perfectly captures life for those marginalised within society and for those who are privileged.
The paintings by Tom King raised critical acclaim during the exhibition, as evidenced by the many comments from gallery visitors during the one-week show at the gallery. There is a link to the York Street Gallery at the foot of this page.

Paintings Depicting Reflections on Society
Tom King says: The last painting shown was in various exhibitions before being sold to a private collection. The painting was created in the late 1970s and early 1980s and reflects much of the social commentary in British society that informs my present-day works.
My paintings are largely done from imagination and some reflect my own experiences in life.
