Why Jake Broe’s Videos About the War in Ukraine?

This post is an introduction to Jake Broe’s YouTube channel, where he regularly posts videos about the war in Ukraine. Jake is a United States Air Force veteran who served six years in the U.S. Air Force as a Nuclear and Missile Operations Officer. He was responsible for the maintenance, security, and operations of the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile system.

Jake has a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Geology.

Jake Launched His Eighth Fundraiser for Ukraine

$1,000,000 Fundraiser – Train to Kyiv

This campaign has ended.

On 4 July 2026, Jake launched his eighth fundraiser for Ukraine, titled the “Train to Kyiv” campaign. Run in partnership with the Estonian charity Help99 (the NAFO 69th Sniffing Brigade), the initiative raised over $1 million to supply another major wave of NAFO pickup trucks, drone buses, and casualty evacuation vehicles to front-line units.

To mark this milestone, Jake announced a unique personal commitment: if the campaign successfully reached its $1 million target, he would personally board the train to Kyiv to hand over the vehicles directly to the Ukrainian soldiers.
