Witkoff and Putin in St Petersburg

Two representatives of the devil met in St Petersburg. Watch real estate investor Witkoff with his hand on his heart as Putin walks into the room.

Now watch the inexperienced Witkoff, seconded to diplomacy, start to raise his hand for a handshake with Putin and immediately drop it before raising it again to shake hands with Putin. This clearly indicates that Witkoff is the subordinate party in this meeting.
