Car For Ukraine – Additional Extremely Urgent Request in Pokrovsk Direction

Second Request Dated 1st October 2024

Oleksyiy’s combat unit in the Pokrovsk region have just had their second Ford Ranger destroyed in a drone attack. Their first Ford Ranger is being repaired. This unit is now without vehicles.

10 October 2024 – Update on the Second Request

Car For Ukraine has just purchased a low-mileage Ford Ranger from the UK at a great price for Oleksiy. Oleksiy is in the process of buying a truck in Poland, so this additional truck will be a surprise for him! Funds have been transferred due to the high level of urgency. Delivery time to Lviv will take about three weeks as transport from the UK, subsequent armouring, and mechanical upgrades in Ukraine must be factored in.

Your help will be invaluable and will save lives of Ukrainian soldiers.

The Car For Ukraine team members come from a variety of backgrounds and sectors, and they are united to serve the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

To serve their guys on the front lines and free their country, this NGO has over fifty volunteers based in Ukraine and Europe.

They raise money and buy and convert SUVs for anti-tank and other military missions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They purchase second-hand trucks and SUVs from overseas, modify them for military usage, and outfit them with armour protection, turrets for grenade launchers and other small weaponry.

As of 1 December 2024, Car for Ukraine has delivered 511 trucks, totalling more than $4.15M+ million.
